Also, keep track of how much your balance goes down after they process the payments. I just recently paid off the balance of our Alaskan cruise. I would submit 10 separate payments each day (wish I had known you could add the other 9 as comments). At some later time I would get a single email saying that my payment was processed successfully. No details on what card numbers were actually processed. One time I get a separate email saying that gift card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx was rejected. I check disneygiftcard.com and the number was valid and still had $50 balance, so I just resubmitted that with my next batch of 10. A couple of times I submitted 10 in the morning, got confirmation that it was processed, then submitted another 10 that same evening. After the second time I did that, I got an email asking my to limit them to 10/day.
When I say check to change in balance, when I submitted enough cards to pay the final balance (it was just over $400), I got the email response saying it was process successfully, but my DU account still showed I owed over $350, so only one card was actually used. I checked and they said they had only gotten the one. Resubmitted the ones they had not received, and I'm good now. I when back and checked the balances of all my gift cards, and there was one other one that seems to have been missed.
I used the Disney Gift Card app for my iPhone. No need to enter the scrambled text from the CAPTCHA image for each card I want to check balance information for. Does anyone know how to delete cards from this app?
