Thanks for reading! We did have a great time! We always buy 'consumables' on trips (and magnets)...we have enough 'stuff' at home but eating food from other countries is a great way to remember a trip, especially when you have that post-vacation sadness.

First of all, congratulations to you and your DH for hiking to the top of Pulpit Rock. And I'm sorry that your main excursion for this cruise was cancelled. Also, it doesn't appear that you had the best weather overall on your cruise.

We were very lucky to have taken DCL's Norway cruise back in 2016 and enjoyed beautiful weather for almost the entire cruise. Also, our cruise itinerary included stops at Stavanger, Alesund, Geiranger and Bergen after embarking from my second most favorite city in Europe -- Copenhagen. We also returned to Copenhagen for disembarkation. It's really too bad that Disney hasn't been able to provide a similar itinerary lately. I also regret not doing a trip report on the cruise. Here's a couple of pictures from Alesund and Geiranger.

A year later and I'm pleased with our Skjolden day despite the cancelled tour. The weather was perfect and the setting very bucolic. I have a couple video clips with the sound of sheep bells. So happy DH and I did Pulpit Rock, I would have regretted missing that one!
