This will be our first cruise ever. My husband passed away on 9/28/10 and we had always planned on taking a cruise, so i am happy to be able to finally take my boys. They are 20 and 10. My sister called recently and told me her family was going on a Disney Cruise so i jumped at the opportunity to book one also. We are so excited.

I am sorry it took me so long to welcome you here, but Tom and I just spent 4 weeks in Florida and had to go back to work the day after we arrived back home in Austria.
It was kind of hard settling back in and there was a lot to catch up on here.
I hope you had a blast on the Magic!

I've always preferred the inside deluxe stateroom...mid-ship...always.
However, after DH booked the cruise, I decided to upgrade to Cat 5E GTY...I am excited and looking forward to 5E. I upgraded a couple of months ago after I observed my DH's face expression as my SIL spoke of her staterooms with balconies.

After booking the trip, he will never look at the reservation again since I do ALL the planning...lol

I just cant wait to see their faces when we walk in to our stateroom and they see the verandah.

We will be celebrating our anniversary (Feb 18)...I honestly dont care if I get upgraded or not (though I am curious)
I just cant wait for this trip, I think I'm going to burst!!!

Congratulations on getting a veranda room. Even though I need to tell you that you will be spoiled and will NEVER want any other stateroom.

Well, it will only be 5 months until we can board the DREAM again today.

I am sorry to let you know that I won't be joining you on FB as I don't do FB, being a teacher I need to keep a low profile.

This was my second DCL and my DH and DS's first. My DD was at camp. DH has take it or leave it so I will be taking just the kids in Feb. We would LOVE to join the FE group!

I had started on our gifts WAY before we left for our summer vacation and am now going back to make the rest of them. We deliver every night - so we need to bring quite a bit of stuff.

We just booked this cruise and our airfare! Yay! I am so glad to have that done because we had been booked on the Wonder 5 night cruise sailing on Feb 16th and I never would have guessed that the airfare would be such a problem and a deal breaker for us! We are sad to leave our old group but excited to join yours. We ABSOLUTELY want in on the FE exchange. We are:

It's so nice to see another family join our "family" of cruisers.
I can so relate to the airfare "problem". We travel from Europe and it costs an arm and a leg to get across the pond.

I am delighted to see you join the FE exchange. This is going to be so much fun again.

I updated the detailled list! We will be on deck 10 as well, we are in 10626.

Plus I am glad my work day is over ..... it was a long one - so many lessons! Thank god there are only three lessons tomorrow and then we are a week closer to leaving for Florida again.

So are you a teacher? What do you teach? I have been helping with math lessons in my son's 1st grade class. Although it is fun, I am learning that I truly don't have what it takes to be a full time teacher .
