I still have the reservations...but the only reason why we would cancel is to have more time "relaxing" and doing other things on the ship we missed the last time. We really want to do the dinner...but it may have to wait until a 7 night cruise.

Karin...I'm all packed...with exceptions of a few toiletries...we are all done!!! LOL

Did you consider Remy lunch? We did it during our summer cruises last year. And I have to admit I enjoyed it a lot more than our 3 dinners there.
We are doing 2 7 night cruises back to back this summer and I cannot wait to have a lot more time on the ship!
I envy you to be packed already. We have put a few things out, but are far from being packed.

Did you consider Remy lunch? We did it during our summer cruises last year. And I have to admit I enjoyed it a lot more than our 3 dinners there.

However, tonight I'm not cooking or cleaning...I'm getting a mani & pedi after work...lol

Ups, you must mean us then!
I refuse to dress up for the main dining room. I am on vacation. And in the summer I DO wear capris and a polo shirt for dinner.
I am SO happy we only do Palo brunch this time, as I don't have to lug around a suit for Tom and a pant suit for myself. We had a giggle fest last year with one of their servers as everyone was dressed to the nines and then struggled with using the cutlery. (I teach table manners, so I can tell. )







All their information is already on the list!

I just read this!!! This is SOOOO funny...No, not you guys...lol...you looked fabulous every night! MISS YOU!!
Karin, we have changed our mind about Remy & Palo because we refuse to dress up as well...LOL We need an extremely relaxed vacation...lol...too much has happened and Dimitri really needs to relax...lol...The only stressful decision I want him to make is where he's going to sit and have his drinks...as a matter of fact I'm looking for a cigar place in NYC that carries his favorite cigars. Does Tom smoke cigars?

Jimmy will probably dress up his jeans with button down shirts and his comfy work shoes. I'll probably do the same...jeans/capris and dress it up with a nice top and sandals...

You are all so organized. I have started putting stuff "aside" and I guess I will throw everything together Friday evening.

I did have the day off and did lots of ironing, but so far I have no idea on what to take, but I hope it will come together rather sooner than later.
And Dania, like you, I have to pack for the two of us ..... Tom is NOT a "packer".

We ate three times at Remy last summer (but not because of the food, because we LOVED our Remy server, Mathieu and his Austrian wife, who was on board as well), but decided against carrying around clothes we will only wear once.
If you want a really relaxed and nice dinner away from the main dining room then try Cabanas for dinner. They have table service and the food was outstanding. (I think they are closed on pirate night though)

Yes, Tom does smoke cigars, mainly on vacation as then he has time to enjoy them. He has been on a pretty stressful schedule lately and I am so looking forward for him to have a little time off!

Yeah for Capris and Polo shirts - that is what I intend to wear.

Since Saturday I've been playing the "This time next week game..........." and thoroughly enjoying it. This time next week my hot stone massage is only an hour away!

My DH and kids will likely wear jeans to dinner. I have a couple of very casual summer skirts (Eddie Bauer) that I will wear, and I'm packing my cute summer sandals for dinner, too. I am relieved that we don't have a formal night.....I want to relax and not fight with my family about their clothes.

Last night's fight was what time to get to the airport. When I flew SWA in May, the ticket counter didn't open until 5, so DH doesn't want to get to the airport much before that. We have a 6:10 flight, so I would like to get there a bit early to be at the front of the line and not the back. I hate starting vacation in a tiff.

I called FedEx to find out why my FE gifts have not reached its destination at DCL Orlando...they told me the package "missed its plane"...?!?!?!
So I asked if it will be delivered by tomorrow...she said there's not guarantee...???? Really????

I never had problems with FedEx...What am I going to do if it doesnt get there by Friday???

Just as a "heads-up"...I may have to drop off both lists of FE gift exchange if the gifts are not delivered...I am so so so sorry...

But I'll keep everyone updated...

I just checked in for our flights.....SWA boarding positions A44-47. Not the greatest I've ever had, but not bad. Now if I can convince DH to get to the airport early enough for it to matter.

We should be in the air this time tomorrow.............suitcases for the kids and me are almost done. I can't believe it's almost time!

Yes, the FE gifts were delivered yesterday according to FedEx tracking on line...I'm very relieved...
