Th Day 24

Well it was my B-day and i had a free b-day burger for red robin so we had lunch there. I didnt eat anything else. Not very hungry.

Exercise
20 min gazelle
30 steps on each leg
20 arm reaches with weights
30 squats
 
Fri Day 25'

I bought a new pair of pants last night and washed them. I figured it would feel more snug after the wash but after wearing it would stretchout a bit. Well I feel the inches coming off. My pants fit snug before the wash and even more snug after. after 1/2 way through mny day i kept having to pull up my pants. Thank goodness i didnt wash he 2nd pair. those will be returned for a smaller size-lol!

Returning to work after 1 1/2 months off i just was so tired today. I came home and after eating went to bed. Woke up but just feeling drained. took my milti vitamin. Hopefully it will start kicking in over the weekend. I need more energy.
