I found some old threads about ideas for a photo scavenger hunt, but wanted to ask if anyone has idea for updates. Basic idea is to send the kids around the ship (Dream) to take photos of say 3 different Mickeys, a decorated cabin door from each deck, particular character (or 10 different human characters / 10 different animal characters), etc., etc. Ultimate goal would be for moms or dads of group to have 30 minutes of peace while the other parent takes the kids around to hunt for items (oh yeah and for the kids to have fun).

That is an incredible Idea. Maybe pictures of a certain style of wall decoration. I know on the Wonder near the movie theater has some costume design sketches on the wall, Or Walt Disney himself is pictured in a couple of different locations.

Yes, this is a great idea! Please come back and post your list when it’s finished!!

Maybe they can get to know some of the crew on board and take pictures with people from different countries.

A couple of years ago we did such a photo scavenger hunt on the Magic's WBTA. We got a card from Guest Services with 10 photos of pieces of something (each challenge had a theme) and we spend many hours finding the items, marking on the card the item, with the location, and turning them in by 10pm with the winner being drawn from the correct answered cards for some Disney item. We never won, but had great fun anyway. The subjects were: chairs; uniforms (a tough one); two on artwork and one on carpets. The photos were taken of maybe a one foot square of each subject. We passed people in the hall doing the same hunt and compared notes...some were really tough to find (check Cove Café). If you are doing one for kids maybe you can do one of parts of characters (i.e. Pluto's nose, Minnie's shoes, etc.). Hope this helps.

This was also available on the Wonder during the WBPC we cruised a few years ago. You're right! It is so much fun! I scanned those sheets in and saved them as a PDF in my online storage account: https://www.mediafire.com/download/9ma6r45o62aziva
