Antonio is kindly sponsoring my family of 3 but I have a question I cannot get resolved by phone to DLPR direct today.

I was left on hold in their queueing system for 42 minutes before I hung up. AAArrrrgggg

According to the DLP info guide on Annual passports you are entitled to a welcome Present of 20% discount at one restaurant of choice . It says 'on first day'.

My question is can you pre-book your restaurant in lieu of your Ap purchase and still claim the 20% discount.?

On top of that the Ap states you get 10% off Buffet meals for the table. Same question can I pre-book the table and claim discount and because I am buying 3 AP's do I get 3 lots of 10% discount?

When you get your Dream Pass you will get a 20% discount voucher to be used in a restuarant of your choice.You hand the voucher over when it comes to paying the bill.Each person that buys a pass gets one of these vouchers.These vouchers can only be used once and have an expiry date on them.

As we had 4 in our party when we bought our passes so got the discount on 4 nights which is a great saving.I dont think you can use them in Rainforest cafe and Planet Hollywood.

The shopping voucher is the same except it last a whole day.As you have 3 in your party you will be entitled to 3 days shopping at 20% off.Just hand over the voucher when paying and they date stamp it and write your name on it. I always got them in my name as I do the most shopping.

No you dont.Just hand over the voucher when paying.

No but as stated make sure you tell them about your voucher and passports at the time of ordering. Otherwise CM may make up the bill in advance which they will have to change. Also get a free apperitif or fruit juice per passholder

Sarah you also cannot combine discounts so will get 10% off in total in any counter service restaurant.
