Amen! And knowing my family we would be on Cops.

We had to call the police at a funeral once. long story, trust me you don't want to know. But we still joke about calling the cops to the funeral home.

We'll have some "family" time but we're making our own traditions and memories. Much less painful that way.

Christmas is relaxing and peaceful now. We go to church Christmas eve, celebrate with neighbors afterwards, and spend our Christmas day taking our time with presents, eating, and doing what we want to, even staying in our pjs all day if we want!

Can we please come to your house?

maybe we could just send our families to each others homes......that way, you'd get a new family to deal with this year.......
