We checked in to the PBH last Saturday and had booked a kids suite and requested a a Dr Suess room. The room we were given was nothing like any picture of a kid suite room I have seen. The kids room was tiny and dark and about a third of the size in the picture. It also had really high bunk beds not twin beds like I had been lead to belive we would have. There was also no edge or rail to the top bunk to stop kids falling out and a table and lamp were right in the potential fall zone. As we had spent 13 hours travelling and were on a different time zone we thought the bunk bed were not a safe option
for our kids.
In the end we downgraded to a standard room as that was all that was available. (and yes our 6 year old fell out the bed one night)
We really enjoyed the PBH and would return.
I do have pics of the bunk beds and kids suite before be changed room and will post them when we return home.
