Has anyone followed the Real Age diet? Has it helped to reverse some aging?
I have the book and need to reread it, but I feel like I have really aged these last couple of years and I HATE IT!
In the past I always looked younger than my age and I loved it.....somehow that is not the case anymore and it is really getting to me.
