Thanks for the sweet compliments ladies! I almost wore a pink dress I had bought, but switched like a week before when I saw this white one at Arden B. I loved it too!

Hi all! Only a bit over 3 months to go now! I am getting so excited! I just had my Bachelorette Party Weekend in New York City a week ago so I will have another update soon! We had a blast though!!

I can't believe 2012 is almost here!

Hi everyone! Here is that update I promised! I had my Bachelorette Party in New York City a week ago with all of my bridesmaids (that are legal ages haha 6 out of 8 of them) and we had so much fun! So I wanted to share some details!

We went for the weekend and we stayed at the Omni Hotel, it was beautiful! Here is one of our rooms:

Saturday we got our nails done...

Then played a really fun game where I had to guess who bought me which panties! And a "fake stripper" showed up after! It was only my sister's friend scaring me because she knew I didn't want one haha!

Then we took some photos and went out for a really good dinner at this glamorous restaurant called Beauty and Essex, then we went out all night in the Meatpacking District. We had a blast!

Then on Sunday we went out for brunch, went shopping, and finally on The Sex and the City Bus Tour! It was such a fun day!

My sister is living in New York, and she planned and coordinated everything. She did an amazing job!! We all had a blast!

In other news, we got Chris's wedding ring last week! Getting so close to the big day...I can't wait!

Ooh, you get married this year! I hope everything is going ok and hope you have time for some more updates. My brother is getting married four weeks from Saturday and I know they have all the last minute details to finalise, so I can only imagine how busy you are planning an out of town wedding.

Hi everyone!

I am so excited that 2012 is finally here now! I can't believe we are less than 6 weeks away! I haven't been doing much planning recently because pretty much everything is done! I have just been trying to finalize our guest counts for everything, and this week our DJ Jason Logan contacted us so we have been picking out our reception music. My mom has been working on the Welcome Bags- they sound like they're going to be awesome! I have a phone meeting with Maxine tomorrow to finalize details also. We have finalized our honeymoon plans as well- we are going to Oahu Hawaii and we will be staying at Disney's Aulani for 3 nights and the Turtle Bay Resort in a beach cottage (from the movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall) for 4 nights. I cant wait!

In non wedding life, we have been very busy however! Chris started his first hospital job as an RN a few months ago and was on days during his training period but recently started on his own and is working the night shift now. We also moved in together for the first time after he started his new job, so that has been a big adjustment being on opposite schedules and living together. Hopefully it's only temporary, so I am trying to be understanding and flexible. I also just took the second part if my board exams last week, and was recently accepted to start my residency in Pediatrics at my local Childrens Hospital later this year. So between all that and the holidays, life has been crazy! I can't being I'm going to become a Mrs. and an MD this year...it's a big year for me!

So that's about it for now, just hoping the next month and a half fly by!

Someone else already reported this on the main board, or I wouldn't mention this but...Had a conference call with my planner Maxine yesterday to go over my reception room diagram, and was informed that she is leaving! She is going to Hawaii to start up their wedding division for the next few months, so she won't be there for our wedding day. I am so sad, I really loved her. Pretty much all of our planning is done at time point, so Im not too too worried, I just hope everything gets passed on okay to my new planner- Vita. Ive never read any reviews about her so that makes me a little nervous, but Im sure everything will be fine. Just disappointed!
