Due to a recent post, I'm not worried about our plans to spend time at DTD on our November trip and also have some questions about those plans:

1. Will the 'major construction' be done?

2. What is the best time to go with an 8 year old? Night or day?

3. Does it get more 'rowdy' (hustle bustle) at night? When we went to Hawaii years ago the night life there was awesome and fun, but not sure I would've done it with a kid in tow.

Just me personally, I prefer DTD right when it opens. With an 8 year old I'd definitely prefer morning. It gets very busy every evening, especially on weekends.

We were thinking of sticking around after LaNouba was over. Its a 6:00 p.m. show ending around 7:30. Figured by 9:00 the kid would be wiped out and ready to head back.

It's not rowdy at night. Crowded, but not rowdy.

I prefer DTD in the evenings.

Night is fun but it can get very crowded- especially if the parks close early. Going during the day is more relaxing.

Completion date is now Late 2016. Early morning will be better, avoid the weekends.
