Heading to Disney in Feb and was wondering if anything was b being built or changed yet

I know that construction has started to transform DTD to Disney Springs,I saw a photo report showing construction walls up and that the pathway between SSR and DTD Marketplace is closed.I couldn't tell you if anything will be completed by February as it's probably a project that will get done in stages.
