Downtown Disney Wyndham. Any thoughts?

any one stay there recently? i just received an email from my wyndham rewards that this property is offering a Disney rate at $74/night. I will need 2 rooms but it is a savings.

Its nice, and right across from DTD. It used to be the Regal Sun, and before that The Grovesnor. We like the tower rooms better than the pool view.
There also might be a resort fee added to your $74 but still an older decent hotel.
