Agreed! it used to close WAY later when PI was still open!
i think it should never close earlier than 12.

I don't want to burst your bubble, but I suspect that the store hours vary depending on the time of year. I recall the World of Disney store complex closing at either 9 or 10 pm during my value-season visit.
