Downtown Disney vs City Walk for New Years Eve??

Ok...anyone have any experience good or bad with either one that night? We are having a hard time deciding which one would be a better experience. I am leaning more towards DD and my husband wants CW. No kids would be going. Just us and a few other couples all in our late 20's to early 30's.. How do we decide?? I want to decide soon since we need to book a hotel and all the good ones are going....fast!!

Hi... imo: both of these venues are great... and neither one of them allow any children in; both are 21 to enter...For Disney its Pleasure Island in DTD... If price is an issue, I know that last year CW was more expensive then PI.. For this year I would have to choose CW (i dont think the names were released yet for the concert though)... That can play a big role as well.. see who the big acts are and go with what you like more! Either way its a great time...
