Downtown Disney parking?

Does anyone know if the Stitch parking lot will ever reopen for Downtown Disney visitors? Or will the Simba lot be the only hourly option from now on?

I don't think anything has been said officially. They've been working on the Simba lot, adding charging stations, etc. I have a feeling that will stay the Downtown Disney lot, but who really knows?
