Downtown Disney Hotel

Can anyone tell me which hotel is closer/ easier access to Downtown Disney between CB and POR?

POR has a lovely boat ride that leaves from the resort and brings you right to DTD. The boat CM's are very nice to talk to and give great info.

If you want to go by boat then PO would be the way. If you are driving or catching a bus it would be about the same.
