Downtown Disney Hotel that takes pets? If not, where?

My Mom wants to go to the MVMCP and needs a place to stay that will take her little dog. (3-4 nights, early December, 3 adults, all non-smokers, quiet people) She even qualifies for Florida Residents rates as she lives in Florida.


We are looking for a clean nice place and I thought we were going to stay at Buena Vista Suites but they don't allow pets anymore.

Can you recommend a place around $100 a night, takes pets and is a nice place to stay close to WDW?


Are any of the DTD hotels pet friendly?

We would be willing to pay more if we could have a place very close.

Not any that I know of in DTD..... but there is a sticky at the top of this sub-board about pets.. you might find info you need there. I do know that the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista allows them for a $50 deposit and $10 per night fee. The hotel is a decent, but nothing great place. It is near to DTD, just off Palm Parkway. I have stayed there many times and have not had a problem. I never take my pets though. They are in the middle of renovations & I stayed there over Labor Day and had one of the new room... they are nice..

I looked at a few places....We are now leaning towards the Hilton Bonnet Creek ig we can find a good deal....

The new Hilton accepts pets!!! or did you change your mind about your pet staying with you. I know all the Lowes Hotels at Universal accept them, but that wasn't where you were looking to stay

I think they do...I looked at their Website but it went down while I was reading it. SO I sent an email and I am waiting to hear back. I have also been told that the La Quinta hotels take pets.

Hi,

We travel with our dog and use the website www.petswelcome.com to check for hotels that accept pets. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Palm Parkway and have always found it to be nice and clean.

In case you have not heard back from the Hilton at Bonnet Creek, we have made reservations and have been told that the pet policy is for dogs up to 75 pounds and there is a non-refundable fee of $75.00.

Sam, the Holiday Inn Express down the road from the DTD area takes pets and Debonna has a IG employee friends and family rate that she is sharing with everyone here (the post is on this board) I looked for myself between Dec 8-Dec17 and the rate is 48/night regularily 99/night. This includes the Holiday Inn express breakfast (large continental buffet) and it seems to have pretty good reviews on Trip advisor-FYI
