Downtown Disney and Disneyland Paradise Pier

How far would you say Downtown Disneyland Parking is from Paradise Pier? Does anyone know how much parking is at Paradise Pier. Thanks.

There are two lots that are used for Downtown Disney parking. One is by the ESPN Zone and the Rainforest Cafe. I consider to be the main lot. It is about a 5-7 minute walk to Paradise Pier. There is another auxiliary lot that is adjacent to the hotel.

You get three hours free parking and another two with restaurant or movie theater validation. After that it is $6/hr.

I want to say that PP is $17 to park there, but they do validate for eating in one of the restaurants. I think I read that was up to 5 hours free. Someone will correct me if I am wrong, I'm sure.

According to the Disney website,Downtown Disney parking is free for the first 3 hours and you get an additional 2 with validation.

I was just out in Anaheim for business and we went to dinner in Downtown Disney. We parked in the lot behind Paradise Pier and I guess because it was at night the booths were not staffed. So I don't know how they handle it but they must give you a time stamped ticket at other times?
