Downloading prepaid Memory Maker photos question-Please help!

I'm sure this has been posted before but I can't seem to find it..

How do I get my photos downloaded that I prepaid for?

If I need the code...what happens if I can't find it/lost it!!?


Isn't there a way to select all? I can't figure that out either..it seems I have to click one at a time, then download then add to cart?

I have no idea if I'm doing this right or not...

please help!

You should only need the number linked to your MDE account. If it is linked, there shouldn't be an issue to download all of the photos. There is a download all button on the top of my screen, so you shouldn't have to download individual photos when using the MM...that would drive me nuts (I have almost 1700 photos at the moment!).

I guess I'll be calling them at 9am cause I ordered it over the phone and the CM told me he'd link it for me....
And it's not.
Problem is, i cant find the code either.
