Downgrading tickets

We purchased 5-day tickets through Orbitz with plans to go to the parks upon arrival today. However, our flight has been significantly delayed! Will Disney let us switch to 4-day tickets when we redeem our voucher? We did get the 5th day "free" with their current promo so I'm sure that might cause issues. They do have a buy 3 days get a 4th free as well (through Orbitz).
