You’re persistent, I’ll give you that.
Yes, it appears in your sister’s MDE. But at least most of us think that was a glitch (which are common). It may well change before her visit, or she may get a notification, or it may have negative ramifications for both the reservations.
I don’t understand why it would be “best if we avoid posting the outcome”. If it’s a valid loophole, as you seem to want it to be, then it’s perfectly fine to post on this page. If it’s a workaround that goes against Disney rules, then it’s not something we should be suggesting or promoting.
That was why I shared my attempt.
I'm...persistent? Um, OK. Thanks. I guess. ??
I have said it's likely a glitch multiple times. But if anyone would know more about this NOT being a glitch, it's this set of experienced, knowledgeable people who are more familiar with Disney and Disney IT and Disney entry ins and outs than anyone. Hence the reason I posted this question in the first place. I do want this to be a valid thing (although it would not be THE reason I would get an AP, it would definitely push me onto that side of my internal argument)... and I'm not certain that it would go against Disney rules, tbh, since they say from my reading is that a park res is necessary for each day - and another res is NOT necessary to park hop after 2. But there have been some...let's say "weird" responses, likely based on the fact that it was difficult to get park res in recent history and that some res are filled for upcoming special events.
In short, this has become uncomfortable-adjacent, though my intent was never to dupe the system or steal someone else's park reservation or blow $1300 based only on a glitch (not that there's anything wrong with that, if one can afford it). It was to say, "hey, my sister just tried this and it took, and has anyone else done this, and is it some new thing with reservations." I'm looking forward to this going into the archives where people will get onto someone else's post.
Have a great day.
