Starting with check in. Check in time is at 4:00, got there at 3:00 and told me my room was ready and we could go up to the room. Also the cookies you get when you check-in were delicious! Check-in 10/10
The room was really nice and spacious, simple furnishings. The only negative was that there were little stains near the trash can next to the desk area. No biggie the stains weren't noticable unless you were really looking for it, the reason I saw them is beacause my keys fell of the tv stand, we just put the little trash can over the stain and the problem was fixed. Bathroom was very clean the tiles looked brand new and was a nice touch. The only negative was there wasn't to much water pressure. Overall the room 9/10
Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle that runs through out the day that takes you from the hotel to Universal. Asked for a shuttle schedule and was helped right away with departure times. Overall staff 10/10
There are vending machines on each floor but it's $2 for a soda. There's also a food court with pizza hut, starbucks, and a few other choices.
Used express checkout so all I had to do was just leave a key in the room and make sure to take the other one with you to get out of the parking lot, there's a drop box at the exit of the parking lot for the other room key and we were on our way! Check-out 10/10
One more thing is that they charge for parking. $9/self parking. I don't know how much it is for valet though.
