We are going next month to WDW with our two small children. We currently have a traditional double stroller (one kid in front of the other) but are considering buying a 3 wheel double stroller. The jogger stroller is lighter and would be easier to fold up when getting on a bus but I believe it is too wide to fit on the monorail. Someone told me that they think all you have to do is get in the handicapped section of the monorail. We don't want to rent at the parks b/c we want to use the stroller at the airport and hotel (Polynesian). Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

:dance3:

Our first trip we took a double side by side and it worked out OK...well before the next trip a back wheel fell off that one so we bought a 3 wheel double jogger and pusing it around Disney was like night and day. We have the Instep brand and it has the swivel front wheel (make sure you get the swivel wheel because if not you wheel have to pop a wheelie to turn corners)...We loved it and it was no problem on the monorail or the buses. My kids are 7 and 3 and we still use it quite often.

a wheelchair accessible doorway is at least 32 inches wide, so if your stroller is narrowerr than that, you won't have a problem.

Just got back with a double stroller (one in front, one in back). We never had a problem getting on/off the monorail! We even used the regular entrances several times! Hope this helps!:thumbsup2

We used a side by side Combi Twin Savvy on our last trip to WDW and we purchased this one because of it's size and ability to fold pretty small. It even has a strap so you can throw it over your shoulder to carry it. Like any place, there are some places that are easier to get in and out of, but it is small enough to fit through normal doors.

HTH!

Enjoy your trip!

The monorail shouldn't be a problem. The CM's will direct you to a wheelchair accessible entry.

The only problem you might have is at the entry gates at the Magic Kingdom. They are narrower than at the other parks and we have to tilt our double jogger stroller to get through them. The kids can't be in the stroller when we go through the ticket entry at MK. The other parks are fine.
