I love Paula Deen, but I cringe when she licks her spoons or has guests eat a bite of her food after her.
I have a friend that constantly licks the spoon as she's cooking, even when she's having people over for dinner. I don't go there for dinner much.
I have made hinting jokes to her about it, but it hasn't helped yet.
It nauseates me to see, at a restaurant, a bowl of sauce and nachos, for 5 people to share.

When I put dip out for a party, I put the spoon there for people to put it on their plate and not to lick the spoon.
Now, if I'm eating with just my family, I have no problem with double dipping.
