Ok, I feel guilty asking this question, but without knowing the schedule for parades, fireworks, e-rides, or even park hours far enough in advance, it's tough to plan this trip...

The questioncan I double book? i.e. 2 restaurants for the same time? and then cancel one of the PSs once the schedule is out?

For example...I'd like to see Fantasmic, but not on the only e-ride night at MK. If they have the parade, fireworks, and/or an e-ride night, I'll book at CA Grill and walk over to MK for the fun. Can I book CA Grille 120 days out, then Mama Melrose's 60 days out, hoping for Fantasmic, and then cancel one?

Thanks,
Pyedog

Yes, you can. I don't see a problem with it as long as you cancel the one you will not be using. We have done it on occassion since we usually have a large group and it can be tough to get into places at regular mealtimes with a large group.

If they catch your double-booking, they'll cancel the first reservation assuming you intended to do so but just forgot.

They haven't been allowing that anymore. If you book under your name and they pull it up if there is another PS for the same time they will ask you to decide which one you want.

I think that double booking is wrong because it messes up other people's planning. However, I think it's also wrong to require you to make PSs long before they disclose the park hours. I guess it's a wash.

I just called and I had to change the name for two of my ps. We have two meals where we are eating at different places (boys at one place, girls at another) and it appears that we are double booked when in fact we are not so the CM told me to change the name on one of the ps so it didn't look like I was double booking. I did these for both of the times. She really didn't answer me as to whether they would just cancel one of them without contacting me. One was for CRT and Breakfestosaurus. I would not have been happy if they had dropped the CRT ps.

I am glad I read this tonight!! Thanks.
