Double Barrelled surname on virgin bookings?

Hey all,

Just gone over the details on my shiny new booking with VA with a fine toothcomb, and noticed that my wife's surname, while entered with the hyphen between the two surnames, just shows as rolled into one... would this be a problem I need to make them aware of or is it a non-issue?

Thats fine...When I was booking the other night it said that if it was a double barrel name to join them together without a hyphen or space...

Yes my name has a hyphen and was rolled together, i travelled last year no problem

As with other replies, they put the names together HOWEVER, in 2009 I did have a hyphen. Never before and never since.

Another one here with a double-barrel name and mine are always rolled together as one. Looks strange but never had an issue with it. It happens every year with my Disney resort reservation, Magical Express etc as well and also never had any hassles with that

We have a double barrelled name too and have never had a problem with a missing hyphen at checkin either

they merged my first and middle names together the other year (they're not hyphenated!) but there wasn't a problem janecollette seemed like a mouthful though!!

Every time we've gone in the past most americans seem to jump to the conclusion that DW is some sort of british nobility because of her double barrelled name
