
It's a sunny day!
The D-Zone is past, I brought all my food for work, I have lots of healthy food to make at home - life is good! I got plenty of rest over the weekend and my mood is upbeat.
Goals:
1. Meds & vitamins on the desk
2. 60 oz of water at work - 5 mugs.
3. Food at 60 carbs or less for the day. B = low-carb cheesecake (14g). L = tuna salad on fiber rye crackers (15g) plus a grapefruit (my one fruit indulgence for the day). D = roasted chicken, green beans, sf jello w/ whipped cream (5 carbs?). Snack = Atkins bar (2g). Total for today = 36 carbs. I have plenty of room to add extra low-carb snacks if needed.
4. Exercise - I'll strap on the pedometer & see how it goes. I will commit to a leisurely stroll during lunch hour lasting at least 10 minutes.
Here we go, into the day! I hear Katrina & the Waves singing "I'm walkin' on sunshine, yeah, I'm walkin' on sunshine and don't it feel GOOD!".

Amanda, I was thinking of you while I was at the grocery store. I remembered your post on the main WISH board asking what I've done for ME, and I splurged on some lavender-scented hand cream to take to my office. The scent of lavender is supposed to help you feel relaxed.

I just used some and it really smells good! Thanks for reminding me that I'm worth it!
