Well, I've been avoiding this journal all weekend cuz I have NOT been earning my smilies.

I DID earn 1 smilie each day for taking my meds & vitamins, though!

If there was a smilie for hanging out in pajamas ALL DAY Saturday with my kids, I would have earned it easily!

Yesterday I helped at Sunday School and then did housework and relaxed with the kids some more. At least I got lots of rest and quality time with my teens.
Amanda, I didn't do my walking either, but you're right - we're gonna stay on track anyway!
OK, moving on into Monday....we'll just forget about this past weekend.

Lots of work on my desk and the stress is building. I'll be taking baby steps, as usual, and avoiding anything that looks like stress-induced eating.
Today:
1. Devotions - still not done.
2. Meds taken, vitamins at home. Erin, would you be a sweetie and come over to my house around 4:45 PM and remind me to take them??

You can stay for dinner! EDIT: 6:40 PM & I just took those vitamins!!

3. Water - 4 mugs down, 1 to go!
4. Healthy eating and no sugar! B = Total raisin bran, AM snack = apple & some pecans, L = cheesesteak and a Coke C2 (yeah it has some sugar in it but I really needed the caffeine), PM snack = sugary junk - gotta be more careful when I get home from work!
5. Exercise - 3 miles on the training schedule and DH says he'll walk with me tonight. I may do more since I didn't do the 6 miles I was supposed to do yesterday.
