Door to door-shortest amount of time?

We always stay at Worldmark , and take ART....we've got that down. But, hoping to take quick 3 day trip in July and there is no availability at Worldmark. It would just be me and 12yo son. What hotel takes the least amount of time to get from hotel to gates? (not counting GC)
