We just got here and cheak in was very slow. My dh has med that have to be refrigerated they would not provide a refrigerator unless we payed 10.oo. I know thats not much but why are the chargeing that for med refrigerator and they were not helpful at all. Thank God we are only staying here for the night. We move to CSR tomorrow morning YEA! We maybe going to AC tonight at downtown Disney.

Did you ask if they had free fridges when you made your reservations? I think if someone in my family needed a fridge for meds I for sure would check if the hotel had them and wouldn't care if there was a cost. If they told you fridges were included in the room rate then that is another story. Sorry I can't see any fault in the hotel, yes it would be nice to help a customer out with a medical condition, but they are not obligated to.

It's actually not customary of all hotels to offer free fridges for medication purposes. Huge perk at Disney-and really nice for the one's that do offer. In the future though, be sure to check w/ a hotel first. That way you won't run into suprise expenses.
