I'm excited to see all of y'alls rooms! I was a parapro for a little over a year in a kindergarden class and I enjoyed it so much! Decorating the room and bulletin boards was so much fun! I wish it paid more so I could have continued with it!

I wish you guys got paid more also! You certainly do not got get paid enough for all your hard work!!! Yes decorating is always one of the fun parts of the school year!!!! Getting all my papers ready and copied not so much LOL!!!

I promise an update by this weekend! I have tomorrow off with no PD so I can update a couple of times maybe WOOT WOOT!! Of course I realize I mostly have food pics again LOL!!!!

I always try to eat before getting on the DIS!! Something about DIsney food is just amazing!! SO GOOD!!!!!!

I really like these fish! I'm going to show them to my teammates and see if they want to do them. Since we are an open classroom we all do the same things.

I couldn't teach middle school either but those folks would never want to walk into my second grade room and deal with my day to day challenges. Thankfully there is a perfect fit for all grade levels or Baylor wouldn't have any teachers this year as he heads to 7th grade!

I'm with Anita, there is no way I could do middle school so bless you and bless our other middle school teachers (JACKIE) out there!!!!

Busy Busy Busy, that seems to be the theme for this upcoming school year! Of course that is always the theme LOL!! I know Anita is going 100mph to get her room ready and I'm trying to prepare myself for the changes that will come with being Dept. Chair (I'm excited, but scared out of my mind. Not sure what I was thinking, but I'm ready for the challenge.)

Classroom pictures will be posted as rooms are finished LOL! I have some serious work to do this weekend to get papers and what not done so they be sent off to print shop on Monday so I have them come the 23rd! I know our print shop's busiest time of year is RIGHT NOW so the sooner I get things sent in the better LOL!! Of course having your first 2 weeks planned is always a great way to start the year too LOL!!!!

So....as I finished up last time I realized I made a HUGE gaffaw! I forgot to tell you about me and Anita's morning!!! I knew it was a relaxing day for a reason!!! So let's go back in time...before Le Cellier...before a DIS Meet...and let's talk about RELAXATION!!!! (Enter flashback music and smoky fog)

I made the mistake, yes I said mistake LOL, of cancelling my Mandara Spa appointment in April. So I was going to remedy that and Anita was going to come along!! That morning we had an appt to get a Bali Massage and foot treatment. Let me tell you I have now had the privilege to visit every spa on property and NOTHING beats Mandara spa. It is out of this world!!

Anita and I took a nice relaxing walk that morning over to the Dolphin and just enjoyed the cool breeze off the water and soon were into the Dolphin lobby and straight into the lap of luxury!!

This was just an unbelievable experience! We enjoyed some spa water and tea. Talked about our day in this wonderful welcome room and then it was off to our massages! We both had amazing therapists and the massages were over all too soon! We were then ushered into another beautiful room where we just relaxed, talked, and enjoyed the beautiful view!!

Will Anita and I be going back...OH YES!! I'm sure as soon as I can appointments will be made for next summer's trip!! It was WELL worth the expense and a much needed pampering for us both!!!!

Okay so now that I have gone over that let's travel back to the correct point in time...we had finished our meal at LeCellier and was walking back to our resort!!!

We had a very important DISMeet to make!!! We were going to meet up with Michelle (Soonergirl) and her family!!!! They are some great people!!! I really wish I could have made it on the cruise this time around to spend more time with them. Baylor and the boys hit it off right away and I knew great times were going to be happening on that cruise ship for them!!!!

So the afternoon was spent getting to know them and enjoying

The afternoon flew by way too fast and then it was time to end to our much anticipated dinner reservation!!! it was going to be our last meal together before Anita and crew heading to the Dream!!! I sure was going to miss them!!!!!

SO about the dinner ADR...we did have a different plan once upon a time, until a fateful meal in late April where I was introduced to a FABULOUS restaurant. I know many have sang its praises (Happydog) but until you dine there for yourself you have no idea what you are truly missing.

Where were we dining you ask....

OY this place is amazing!!!! SO SO SO GOOD!!!!

So what did we have...

Crab Nachos....oh man these are just sinful!!!! The crab and butter was just fantastic!!! We would definitely order these again!! They are definitely meant to share!! Oh and btw they are not on the regular menu, however they are one of the few items you can order from the bar menu and have delivered to the dining room. Not all the dishes can that be done with. Thankfully you can with these babies!!!

Marc, Anita, and I all had the same dish and we all said no to the dancing fish LOL!!! Instead we went with....

The Pork Dish...this was just plain GOOD!!! It had changed a bit since I had it in April and it was still fantastic!! SO YUMMY!!!! The pork was melt in your mouth and the cornbread...oh the cornbread! I told you I was meant to be a southern girl well that dish proved it!! SO good! All around we were all impressed with this dish!!!

Of course no good southern meal is complete without grits and collard greens...

They were to die for in April, they were to die for in June!! SO rich and yummy!!!! What I would give to have some of those for breakfast this morning!!!

Baylor choose to order the...

Beef tenderloin with some very yummy fries!!! They are shake and bake fries and Baylor was kind enough to share a few with us!! SO GOOD!!! Baylor did enjoy this, but I'm not sure it was his favorite steak of the trip.

Baylor saved room for dessert and agreed to share a bite or two with the rest of us! Baylor made a fantastic choice with the...

Warm Chocolate Cake - with liquid ganache center, maracaibo chocolate cream pudding, peanut ice cream (thanks allears!)

Don't you just love the look on his face!! He was very patient in letting me take that pic! But he was ready for his dessert!!!! And it was well worth the wait!!! DELISH!!!

We definitely made the clean plate club with this meal!! And we will definitely be going back!!! We had a very pleasant walk back to the resort, where we had to start packing BCV you will be missed!!!!! Of course happier thoughts of cruises and my beloved POR (would I get a mansion room?!?!?) invaded our dreams!!!

Well, no wonder your wait for Le Cellier was no biggie...you were both completely RELAXED! Mandara Spa sounds so good. We've stayed at the Dolphin a few times and I walked in there once and it just smelled heavenly! Bluezoo looks amazing!! We've never eaten there but I have peeked in there once or twice and it looks very cool!
