I posted this on the Theme Park Attractions and Strategy forum, but only got ONE response - Anyway, thought I'd try posting it here to so someone could give me another point of view - Thanks!!

Here it is -

So, the mean brother in law isn't going - so that's out of the way -

Sister in law is. Yay!

She's never been to Disney -

This is our plan (somewhat) We arrive (we're driving) on May 29th -

Sunday - Magic Kingdom
Monday - Epcot
Tuesday - Animal Kingdom
Wednesday - Epcot or ??
Thursday - Hollywood Studios
Friday - Magic Kingdom
Saturday - Hollywood Studios
Sunday - head home

We aren't getting hoppers - we like to open and close a park -

We will get to our hotel around 3-ish - Should we try to go to the Magic Kingdom that night (we'll probably have around 5 hours to spend there) and change up the rest of the week and not go to MK on Sunday? Or should we take it easy (it's about a 10 hour drive from our house to Mickey's house) and go to Downtown Disney and to a nice dinner our first night? I don't know what to do!!!! Thanks in advance for any help!!

I say hit Downtown Disney, have a nice dinner then maybe do some touring. I like to go look at the different resorts to decide where I will stay next time. :goodvibes

Downtown Disney is what we usually do - This time we're thinking of hitting the outlets too -

I say figure it out once you get there depending on how you feel after your drive. :)

Glad yall will have a nice, relaxing, and stress-free trip!!!

We are arriving the day before you, and we've got about that same amount of time for a drive. Our plan is to check in, have lunch at Beaches & Cream (DD's favorite), and then POOL TIME!!!! We MAY go to Downtown Disney that night, but we may just make it an early night and get up bright and early for rope drop!!!

BTW, we'll be at Animal Kingdom (June 1) same as you, and at Magic Kingdom (June 4) same as you! Maybe we'll see ya around!!!!

Have a great trip!!!!!

Well, if you are staying on property, Sunday the 3oth, MK is has EMH 12 midnight til 3am. :woohoo: Even without hoppers you could go to Mk early for RD then take a long break midday for a swim/nap. That's what we'll be doing.:goodvibes
