I know many of the Canadian DISers do AirTran so I wanted to share this that I just found in a USAToday article I came accross:

Near the bottom of the article it says: AirTran will rebook you with no penalty if you have to cancel due to H1N1. The article says American will only do that if *they* refuse to board you.
