Don't Give Up on Chef Mickey's!

When my 90 + 10 opened up on Tuesday morning, I could not get anything at Chef Mickey's for b'fast or dinner during my stay (11/23 - 28) until the morning I checked out. (Well, there was maybe a 9:50 dinner or something...way too late for us.) Today, I decided to check online and was able to get a 10:10 b'fast seating on 11/24...so happy. This will be on DS's 3rd birthday!

I also checked 11/23 for dinner, and there is currently a 7:50 p.m. and an 8:50 p.m. available. We plan to be in the MK for Spectromagic that night (or in bed if DS does not get a nap in that day). My searches are for 2 adults and 1 child.

I keep trying random searches for dinner on the dates of our stay. As long as you avoid Thanksgiving in your date range, there are a few options popping up!

So...don't give up. Keep trying!

I had a similar experience with CM too. My 90 day window opened on 8/27 and I really wanted to go to CM on our arrival day 11/25. I got on-line at 6:00 and there was absolutely nothing for dinner. I booked a dinner for much later in the week and made 11 other ressies and then checked again. They were showing times at 4:00 and 4:10 that were not there the first time I checked. I didin't take them because I didn't think we would be able to get there that early on our arrival day.
Today, I looked at it again just to feed my Disney ADR compulsion, and found 2 ressies for a party of 4 on 11/25 one at 7:40 and one at 7:50. I grabbed up the 7:40. We would really like to eat about 6:30 so I'm going to keep checking back.
I'm wondering what the deal is though? I wouldn't think these are cancellations.
So I definitely recommend keep checking to see if you can get what you want.
