We just returned from our first trip to US/IOA. We spent a day at each park. I had read on here to show my AAA card everywhere for discounts. The savings really added up. We were a family of 5 so each time we ate it was at least $70 and we saved 10%. I think I could use it everywhere that we ate and shopped except the butterbeer cart in the Harry Potter section.

I don't know but it would not hurt to ask and show the membership card. You could also check at customer relations at the park. I read on another thread that the Canadian version of automobile club received the discounts. I hope it works out for you.

I would think you'd be OK but make sure you show the card regardless. The worst thing they can tell you is no.

As long as you have a card, you should get the discount.

I only have the basic AAA plan not the advanced one.

Does CAA work as well? What about the hotels? Can you get it when you phone to book your package or do you have to do it through CAA or another TA? Didn't know this last time we went so will be using it next time. Is is good everywhere or just certain restaurants and stores?
