Donald's Boat wet or dry these days?

Does anyone know if the water fountain play area at Donald's Boat is currently running (wet)?

We have been several times over the past year or so, and it has been dry every time. I wish they would fix it, because my son just loved playing on that boat!

We were there last August and it was dry.

Has it been dry ever since? Because it sure looks wet on the Vacation Planner DVD.

I just checked with my son and he says it was working during our trip a few weeks ago. We were there end of May/early June. DH took them while I took my other son to get ice cream.

We were there the end of May and it was working while we stood in line for Goofy's Barnstormer.

Donald's Boat went dry originally because of drainage issues, they were having problems with the wet deck. The water these days is on some days and not others. I work on the train and always look as this is a huge topic here on the boards. It was wet yesterday, but I did not see water today... Seems to be hit or miss on this one...
