Donald bottle wrapper - I've tried but its rubbish. Can anyone do a DISign pls?

Hiya

I'm just trying to make a bottle wrapper for my son's water bottle, so that I can include it in the Donald pressie as part of our grand welcome. I'm no disigner, but I didn't want to bother someone. I couldn't see anything in the 4shared or photobuckets that I've looked through, so I've come up with something in MS Word, but its just rubbish :-(

Could anyone do anything for me at all? The size of it is 7.4cm high and 24cm long (so it goes right round the bottle). The bottle itself is like a royal blue. It can have writing on, my son is Matthew and we're going to Disneyland Paris.... or just images/patterns etc. I'd just like it to be Donald related, as its part of the present from Donald.

If anyone can help I'd be really grateful

Stop press! I have managed to make it look a bit better in Word, so unless anyone has one already disigned, I'll just cancel my request.
