Don’t call VIPassholder to renew Annual Pass

Spent over 4 hours on hold yesterday only to be told to call Ticket sales. They said Ticket sales wait time was 15 minutes, it wasn’t. Another 1.5 hrs later success. Save your time and call Ticket sales. In total it took us about 5 and 1/2 hours of waiting. Hope this helps someone. Disney’s sites say call VIPassholder. Disney it wouldn’t hurt to send out an email with who to call and save everyone some time, us and you cast members.

Yes we were. We usually do not renew. But you cannot buy a new pass right now, but you can renew. We usually get three trips one one pass. Might only get two this time.
