I'm thinking of renting a car and heading to Cocoa Beach for a day in the middle of our "Disney time". Has anyone ever taken one of the "eco tours" before? I see there are several 2-3 hour cruises that involve looking at wildlife like manatees and dolphins. Recommendations or comments?:yay:

Hey there - we are doing the same thing in the middle of our trip. I found a Dolphin Cruise just two hours from WDW. It's not Cocoa Beach, but it's cheap ($30 per adult and $20 per child) and let's you spend time on Egmont Key beach so you get the relaxing time as well. I've communicated with the staff by both email and phone and they have been very friendly and helpful in planning the trip.
