Dolphin vs. POFQ

Can anyboby tell me what floor the concierge level is on at the Dolphin. And are heavenly beds in these rooms. and what possible views are available. Any thoughts about POFQ is appreciated as well. Thanks in advance. I'm trying to decide between PO FQ and Dolphin. I don't know if not staying on Disney Property is a good idea. I guess I would miss the towel animals and the 24hr disney channel or would I?

check out the swan/ dolphin thread. from what I'm reading, renovations at the Dolphin are in the early stages, so I don't think the Dolphin -Club level rooms have the heavenly beds yet.

Just depends if you want a high-rise building in the center of all the Epcot activities, or a low-rise spread out community further away from the hub-bub.
