Dolphin Cove is closed for most of January and February 2015

Dolphins are back in the pool but the construction wall remains. Expect it to come down within the next week or so. The underwater viewing portion is open, I am not sure if it is my imagination but the bottom seemed brighter then it had been, more colorful.

The website is now allowing you to purchase the Dolphin Encounter experience starting on Friday March 20

Dolphin Cove is closed once again, with an unknown reopen date. My guess - it will not reopen for at least a week, if not more. It looked like construction walls were going back up around it again, which means it would be some bigger fix.

Another site is saying that they are re-surfacing the bottom of the pool. If that is the case do they have to drain it first?

Any idea when this will reopen? We are headed there in 3 weeks....the one thing DS5 wanted to do was pet the dolphins..sigh. TIA!

The dolphins are back in the water and this area should reopen today, May 21. I am not sure what repairs were done exactly or if there will be any more closing in the future.
