Dolphin and nurse discounts

Hello, I just reserved 2 rooms at the Dolphin for December 3-11. I was given the rack rate because no discounts were posted this far in advance. Lynn told me to call back periodically to check for the discounts and then they would apply them for me. When do the discounts typically come out...I was sure that 11 months was too far in advance and I was right, but does anyone know approximately when they will be posted? Gonna stay at the Dolphin either way...I love this hotel
