Dollar skip the counter

Has anyone managed to skip the counter with dollar using online check in only.
There are various videos around promoting this feature, check in , select car go straight to garage etc etc. I can't link a uk dollar reservation to dollar express so this was my only hope, flying into terminal C in 2 weeks and don't want to come off a transatlantic flight then queue for an hour at the desk.

Many thanks for the reply, since I last posted and after much research I decided to cancel my dollar reservation.
I got a good deal with avis and have linked it to my preffered account so I can skip the counter and go straight to my car.
