Dollar Rental Question

I got a deal for an SUV for a week($199...$252 after taxes) from dollar in Feb. Is Dollar easy to rent from? Are they located in the terminal? My first time renting from Dollar and worried such a good deal is too good to be true.

Dollar is fine easy to get to in the terminal. We rent from their DTD location as well (this will be the first time in Dec but also have a June one as well.)
