Dollar car rental

If I sign up with Dollar's Express program, can I skip the counter (at MCO) on my first rental? Prices are getting closer to what I am willing to pay but having rented from Alamo before, skipping the counter just makes things so much easier for my family. I tried searching but didn't get a clear answer
