You will find them in Adventureland at MK after you leave main street. You will see the small stand on the right.
A basic dole whip is a cup of pineapple dole soft serve ice cream. For a bit more you can get a dole whip float which is the ice cream in yummy pineapple juice. They also have chocolate and vanilla options but in my opinion it is complete blaphemy to go to the dole whip stand and not get the actual pineapple ice cream.
I haven't actually tried a Dole Whip myself but I know I have seen the location (Aloha Isle) for them on your right as you walk into Adventureland from the main "hub" in the Magic Kingdom. I personally LOVE the Citrus Swirls at Sunshine Tree Terrace. No one ever seems to mention them here, but they are soft serve vanilla twisted with frozen orange juice, my personal favorite!
I thought I read at one time that the dole whip is actually non-dairy. I am traveling with someone who has lactose issues, so if someone could confirm this, I would appreciate it.
I just got back from WDW a couple of weeks ago, and tried the Dole Whip for the first time!!!! It was incredible!!! I highly recommend waiting in the long line for one. I almost didn't stay and wait, but I am sooooooooooo glad I did!!!!!

The pineapple dole whip soft serve is non-dairy. I can't make the same claim for the vanilla or chocolate soft-serve flavors served at the same window. Just ask.
