Could someone describe this to me, and tell me where I can get it? I've read so much about it, and want to try it, but I don't know what I am looking for!

Thanks so much!

Dole whips are whippy style tropical icecreams. You can get a pineapple one or a pineapple and vanilla twist. You can get pineapple floats as well. They are served at the quick snacks counter of "Aloha Isle" which is just on the right once you've gone over the bridge into Adventureland from the hub.

Enjoy.....:)

I took a taste and they were ok. A little too fake pineappley tasting or something for me. I did have a fresh pineapple wedge though that was just heavenly!

They are also non-dairy

Can anyone confirm this for me....or direct me to a website that I can research it? My daughter is allergic to milk products (she is not lactose intolerant...which in reality, would actually be easier) Anyway, I have done searches on it and peole have mentined that people that are lactose intolerant eat it and do fine, but no one can confirm that it is definitley milk-free. (the exact thing she cannot have is a milk protein called casein)
I did an ingredient search on google and I could only come up with a home made recipe that someone made, and it defintiely has milk in it. but not sure if that is the official Dole Whip recipe or not, I looked on the Dole website, but couldn't find anything.

for MBW12: Dole Whips do contain sodium casseinate. If you have concerns about any foods at WDW, please call WDW-DINE and tell them your child has a particular food allergy. They will discuss with you several options. Have in mind where you are planning to eat, and they will do all they can to assist you.

Love dole whips, have to have them everytime I'm in MK.

Went to MK, and had the Dole Whip Float -- WOW! DH does not really care for pineapple, so he got the chocolate/vanilla ice cream. He kept eyeing mine, and asked for a bite. He loved it, and said there was no comparison.

I never would have thought to try it had it not been for this board -- thanks!
