Doing Disney 50 pounds lighter

Just a quick note to let everyone know the difference that 50 pounds can make at WDW. This is what I was able to do!

1. Keep up with everyone else, and not feel awful that I was slowing things down.
2. Actually get UP on and DOWN off of the carousel horses with ease!
3. Have energy all day long.
4. Lead the way.
5. "We felt safer on the rides, Mom-the lap bar was <i>closer</i>."
6. Fit into the seats without worry.
7. Easily go through the turnstiles-even at POC.
8. I was able to follow the <i>Pirate's Code</i>. In fact, I initiated it at times!

   Here's hoping that you other losers find small things that make you proud, too!

I know all about those carousel horses!!!! Managed almost to leap over one at Covent Garden the other day - forgot to allow for the lost weight and nearly sent myself flying!!!

And it is sooo great to fit into seats without squashing the person next to you!!

That is so wonderful! 50 pounds surely is a huge accomplishment and it has made a huge difference in the way you live, congratulations on your weight loss!! Sounds like you had a great WDW trip.

Debbie I agree with Kath- How GREAT you looked getting on that carousel!!! You've inspired me!!

We leave 9/23 and I have about 5 more pounds to lose to grab that 50 pound clippie before we leave!!! I'm so ready to have it off before we go! Thanks for the great inspiration!!

Congrats on losing 50 lbs! Your post is inspiring--I can't wait to experience these things at WDW when I weigh less.
Especially the carousel horses--I've only been brave enough to hoist myself up and down a couple of times (have imagined how this looks)--I usually ride next to one of the kids. Maybe by the next time we go...
